Calgary Avansino’s green power smoothie

1½ cups coconut water
1½ cups water
a handful of frozen kale
a handful of frozen blueberries
½ an avocado
1 tbsp almond butter
½ tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flaxseeds
Place all the ingredients in a blender, and whiz until smooth.
Optional extras:
1 tsp baobab powder (very high in vitamin C)
1 tsp lucuma (a natural sweetener)
1 tbsp of plant-based protein powder (to start the day with lots of energy)
