Surya Spa Detox Tea

This is an unusual yet delicious hot tea to help detox the kidneys, aid digestion, and clean the blood. It’s also a natural diuretic, to help release excess water that creates bloating. Make a large batch at the beginning of your detox and reheat as needed.
From: goop

1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 tsp of coriander seeds
1 tsp of fennel seeds

Place seeds in the bottom of a mug and pour hot water over to fill.

Allow the tea to brew for three minutes before drinking.
