2 15-oz. cans chickpeas, rinsed, patted very dry
3 slices bacon slices, coarsely chopped
2 bay leaves
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
A spoonful of seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay)
Toss chickpeas with bacon and bay leaves on a rimmed baking sheet; season with salt and pepper. Roast at 375°, stirring occasionally, until chickpeas are crunchy, 60–70 minutes. Toss with seafood seasoning.
