Roast quatered potatoes, rough choped red onion, whole garlic cloves, unwaxed lemon chunks in olive oil at 220 for an hour.

Soak clams for 20 mins and throw away any unclosed or damaged clams.

Remove pan from oven and add to heat on the stove. Add clams, baby squid & prawns. Add more olive oils & a splash of rose wine. Return to the oven for 15 mins. Dress with parsley
