Prawn, watercress, fennel & feta salad with preserved lemon dressing

4 parts olive oil
1 part white wine vinegar
preserved lemon juice with some grated lemon rind

Mix all together & serve over salad.

Parsley dressing

garlic

Blend all together, leave coarsely blended

Pour over blanched beans and baby plum tomato salad just before serving

Rocket leaves with nectarines and parma ham salad with a Pomegranite dressing

Whisk together. Pour over salad
