Chocolate Martini

100g double cream
100g good quality milk chocolate
double vodka, plus a dash
single vermouth, plus a dash
Put ice into 2 martini glasses.
Melt chocolate into cream. Pour vodka onto ice, add vermouth. Add double (plus a dash) of chocolate mix to alcohol. Shake. Remove ice from chilled glasses.
Bit chocolate piece in bottom of glass, strain alcohol from shaker (minus ice)
