Bacon Cups

1lb of Bacon
Muffin Tin
Tin foil or Parchment Paper

Preheat oven 400 degrees / 200 C
Put tin foil / parchment paper on your muffin tin, to cover.
Weave your bacon in and out to cover the muffin tin.
Bake for 10-15 minutes

 

 

 

Use to serve a salad (Ceasar salad recommended).

Bacon Egg Cups

 

6 eggs
salt pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°.

Add one egg to each bacon cup.

Place on a baking sheet & bake for about 5- 10 minutes, to taste.
