Crispy Almond Biscuits

Serves 7
Cruise phase+

7 Almonds, chopped
Almond flavouring, to taste
14 tsp Cornstarch
10 Egg yolks hard boiled
3 Eggs
21 tbsp Oat bran
50ml Paraffin Oil
10 tbsp Sweetener
7 tbsp Wheat bran

Mix all the bran, cornstarch and sweetener in a bowl.mGrate the hard boiled egg yolks over the contents of the bowl. Add the whole eggs and mix in the paraffin oil and almond flavouring.

Spread baking paper on a tray. Lay out the dough in tea spoon sized balls. Once done flatten each piece into a biscuit shape.

Optionally crunch the almonds into small pieces and sprinkle over the biscuits for decoration.

Heat the oven to 200C and bake until nice and golden.

Once done separate into daily portions:

Attack 1.5 Tbsp
Cruise 2 Tbsp
Consolidation 3 Tbsp
Stabilization 3 Tbsp
