COD WITH MUSTARD SAUCE

Serves 1, All phases
1 cod fillet
Salt and black pepper
150g (5½ oz) fat-free natural yoghurt
1 tbsp mustard
Lemon juice (to taste)
2 tbsp capers
1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
Sprinkle some salt over the cod fillet and steam for 8–10 minutes (depending on
its thickness).
In the meantime, put the yoghurt, mustard, some lemon juice, capers, parsley and
black pepper into a saucepan.
Warm over a gentle heat and pour over the cooked fish.
