Quick Chicken Curry


550g Chicken, cut into chunks
Curry spice, to taste
Tumeric for colour
1/2 Onion, chopped
Small tub fat free Yogurt

Sprinkle chicken with curry spice and fry together gently until browned.

Microwave onions with more spice and a little oil until softened

Add onions to chicken and continue cooking until cooked through. Add yoghurt and enough tumeric to colour the mixture - simmer gently to heat through.
