Baked Turkey Meatballs
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 Onion, finely chopped
500g Turkey mince
4 heaped tsp Cottage Cheese (fat free)
1 Egg
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
4 tbsp Oat bran
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
1/2 tsp Dried Sage
Olive Oil Spray
Black pepper, to taste
Pre-heat oven to 180C degrees. Lightly spray a baking dish with Olive Oil spray, wipe away excess with paper towel.
Fry onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Place all ingredients in a large bowl & mix well. Roll mixture into balls and place in baking dish.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, turning after 20.
Serve alone or with a dipping sauce.
