Salmon Soup

Chicken stock
200g Shelled Prawns
200g Smoked Salmon
Chives
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Crumble the stock cubes into a saucepan containing 1 litre of water and bring to the boil.
2 Cut the salmon into thin strips.
3 Chop the chives and decorate the prawns with them.
4 Divide the hot stock into the soup bowls. Add the sliced ingredients and pepper.
5 Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve immediately.
