Tea Biscuits

Serves 10-12

2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Cream of tartar
2 Egg whites
1 Egg yolks
4 tbsp Fat Free Instant Skim Milk powder
1/2 tsp Low Sodium Salt
2 tbsp Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
6 tbsp Oat Bran ground into flour

Heat oven to 200 C (390 F)
Beat egg whites with Cream of tartar (or replace with 1 tsp lemon juice) until it forms peaks.

On a separate container, mix all remaining dry ingredients (ground Oat Bran, baking powder, low sodium salt, Skim Milk Powder).

On mixer low speed:
add egg yolk
add 2 tbsp of 0 fat Greek Vanilla Yogurt (if using unflavoured Yogurt, add 1 tbsp of Splenda and a few drops of Vanilla extract)

Slowly, add the dry ingredients (ground Oat Bran, baking powder, low sodium salt, Skim Milk Powder) mixture.

Pour mixture in Silicone Muffins mould

Bake for 18 minutes.
