Mustard Salmon / Turkey

salmon fillet or turkey steak
1 tsp english musturd
2 tbsp low-fat greek yogurt
salt and pepper
paprika, to taste
dash of soy sauce

Wash and dry fillet with a kitchen paper towel, season with salt and pepper.

Mix mustard, yogurt and paprika together.

Place fillet in dish with skin side down, cover with sauce, add a dash of soy sauce.

Close foil and bake in a pre-heated oven 200C for 15-20 min.
